Phil is a metallurgist with over 35 years experience in the mining industry. He worked in operating roles at Bougainville, QNI and Nabalco before starting the metallurgical consulting company Normet. He was Director Advisory of GRD Minproc, and now heads up BatteryLimits. He undertakes key project management and consulting roles.
