Phil Edney

Phil Edney is Metallurgical Technician for BatteryLimits.

Phil worked in plant operations roles in the WA Goldfields for three years before studying for his Certificate in Mineral Processing. Phil joined Oretest as a metallurgical technician, and went on to provide specialist process training.

Phil then joined a metallurgical contract group where he undertook contract operational, technician and metallurgist roles.

Phil's roles with BatteryLimits are to supervise metallurgical testwork programs, to research and develop operating costs for studies, and to prepare Process Design Criteria and Process Flow Diagrams in conjunction with the Process Engineers.
