Leigh Beebe

Leigh Beebe is Consulting Process Trainer.

Leigh was the Senior Training and Development Officer for Anglogold Ashanti, where she provided consulting services to the Africa Metallurgical Technical Services and to the South African Metallurgical Training and Development Groups.

She has technical qualifications in chemistry and in psychology and training, and has over 20 years experience in the mining industry.

Phil Edney

Phil Edney is Process Trainer and Metallurgical Technician.

 Phil holds a Certificate in Mineral Processing and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.  Phil worked in plant operations roles in the WA Goldfields before studying for his Certificate in Mineral Processing. Phil then joined Oretest as a metallurgical technician and went on to provide specialist process training.

After gaining experience in laboratory testwork at Oretest, Phil then joined a metallurgical contract group where he undertook contract operational, technician and metallurgist roles.

Phil's roles with BatteryLimits are to provide process training systems and delivery on operating minesites.  He also supervises metallurgical testwork programs, develops operating costs for studies, and prepares Process Design Criteria and Process Flow Diagrams in conjunction with BatteryLimits Process Engineers.
